This version of 'You're A Star' made me laugh, then cringe! It was done for a Radio 2 documentary called 'Faith In An Elevator' on the music arranger Percy Faith. They wanted current writer-arrangers to comment on the form. His music had big beautiful sweeping strings in the 1950's but then became known as elevator music when he started doing instrumental arrangements of popular songs. Made me think of Christmas, or Christmas-themed elevators.
