New album is out today in the States and Canada (29th Sept). It was written in the States (see article below) so it's very good to have it in the shops, online, on the wings of doves and seagulls or whatever over there. I've been recording at home, new songs to follow The Water album. Been trying to tame Logic Pro to record on – any tips? It was time to put aside my old 4-track recorder, but I still have my library of songs under the bed, always good to tap into. I saw from scanning them earlier that Paper Houses was once called Animal Cannabus, and a secret, I wrote Peculiar when I was 18, originally demoed at home on said 4-track. These tapes still have ideas untapped. Also working on some new songs for another project which I'll talk more about soon enough. 

Looking forward to getting back to New York next week. There isn't a finer feeling than walking these streets to a gig, other than if that street were paved with Swiss chocolate and your soles were tongues. But then shoes do have tongues but possibly not souls. I should get back to the music I think.

I'll be playing songs new and older, and hope some of you are there. Colin
